Custom box production includes setup, board preparation, printing, die-cutting and finishing. Unit costs generally improve as quantities increase because the setup is distributed across more boxes. The practical minimum depends on the box size, material, print process and finishing requirements.

We do not publish a universal box price because a small tuck carton and a large reinforced corrugated pack use very different materials and production time.

Available presentation options may include gloss or matt lamination, soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and protective coatings. Not every finish is suitable for every corrugated construction. Premium finishes are normally applied to a printed outer sheet before lamination and die-cutting.
