Use this help centre to prepare a print specification that can be quoted and produced accurately.
Artwork & PDF Preparation
Supply print-ready PDF artwork where possible. Confirm the finished size, allow bleed where artwork runs to the edge, keep important text inside safe margins, and embed or outline fonts when required. Images intended for quality print should be high resolution and colour should be prepared for the intended production process.
View Print Norwood artwork guidelines. Adobe also publishes guidance on print-production and preflight tools.
Books, Booklets & Manuals
For books and manuals, send the finished size, total page count, colour split, text stock, cover stock, binding method and quantity. Common binding options include saddle stitching, perfect/PUR binding, wire binding and case binding depending on the job.

Packaging Specifications
Packaging quotations need dimensions (length × width × height), quantity, box style, board or flute, print coverage, finishing, dieline or sample availability, assembly requirements and delivery destination. For E-flute or other corrugated work, the correct structure and approved dieline matter as much as the artwork.
Delivery & Deadlines
Tell us the required delivery date and destination before production is scheduled. High-volume, bound and custom packaging projects need time for proofing, setup, printing, finishing, quality control and dispatch.
