Multi-Title Print Costing Matrix
Use this tool to organise multi-title, multilingual, multi-SKU or multi-destination print projects before requesting formal pricing. It does not calculate a selling price; it standardises the line-item inputs needed for accurate costing and production planning.
| Title / SKU | Language / Version | Pages / Construction | Size | Colour | Paper / Material | Binding / Finish | Quantity | Destination / Allocation | Notes |
|---|
Tip: keep every title/version on its own row, even when several versions use the same specification. This makes quantity, packing and delivery differences visible before costing.
Why a matrix matters on very large contracts
A single quantity such as “500,000 books” can hide major production differences. Separate rows make it easier to identify page-count differences, colour sections, different binding methods, language versions, destination allocations and phased delivery requirements.
