Edition & Reprint Control
Store the approved manufacturing specification with the title. When reprinting, identify what changed: quantity only, revised text, new cover, new edition, different paper or another binding. Do not assume an old quotation still represents the current specification or production conditions.
Packing, Distribution & Release Dates
State carton quantities, labels, split deliveries, launch dates, warehouse appointments and any destination-specific requirements before the final logistics price is agreed. For multiple titles or languages, use a title/version matrix.
